Crystals are easy to use. You don’t have to be a professional to learn how to use crystals. Anyone can start using crystals for healing or other reasons.
I collected rocks when I was a child. Then later as an adult, I started collecting crystals. One of my first ones was a clear quartz magician’s stone pendant by Satya Center. This particular stone was recommended to me by my friend and colleague, Jasmine Ivy, to help me deal with stress, anxiety, and being a highly sensitive person (HSP). Now my crystal collection includes all types of gemstones, jewelry, home decor, and functional objects.
Each crystal carries a unique vibration. Certain crystals have specific properties that promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. They do this by positively interacting with your body’s energy field, or chakras, to remove negative energy and allow positive energy to flow. While some crystals may alleviate stress or anxiety, others may improve concentration or creativity. Although crystals are not a substitute for professional medical care, like other forms of alternative therapy, they can empower you to focus on healing your body from the inside.
